This seems really buggy. The second level is already impossible over here, because enemies just spawn over each other and you cannot ever defeat them, because moving around removes them and respawns a fresh set. I am also not sure whether multiple doors placed on top of each other, which you have to spam open is normal or a bug. The game is low fidelity enough that I can see it being intentional, even though it's absurd. So yeah, "Stairway to Escape" might as well be the end of the game for me, those rooms are unclearable and I'm under the distinct impression that you need to go through them to open the hallway door.

You need the most pain without dying to get more +P You achieve this by letting some blows pass as these cause the pain points to increase exponentially. I recommend letting the green life bar go down to the purple life bar but from there don't let any blows pass you by.

It is just 4 sex animations + several positions. Other than that I didn't find anything else
