I know this defeats the literal purpose of the game, but can I also make the tits smaller, or don't change them at all and still be able to progress in the game?

It's not possible. You can only progress after making her tits larger. You can replay the first scenes in her initial state as many times you wish, but there will be no new scenes neither progression.

Is bodysuit avoidable? or it just gonna be bodysuit paizuri all the time?

Also not possible. There are a few scenes without the bodysuit (one at the start where they are putting her into the suit, and 2 other where they are in a VR world with her in school clothes). The rest is just paizuri with the suit, there is no penetration nor nudity.
