Going by the log, your computer simply doesn't have enough free (video) memory to handle playing some animation, possibly because it's too large?
I have an AMD RX 6900 XT with 16GB VRAM. If 16GB VRAM isn't enough, it shouldn't run on any other pc...

After nearly 10 minutes of restarting the game, i finally managed to jump over the scene. I hope i don't get stuck on another scene.

Hmm no idea then, perhaps the default openGL implementation in the current AMD drivers got even worse than usual. You could maybe try to press shift+G when in the game and pick "force ANGLE renderer" if that's an option. It may help things, or make then even worse, it is hard to predict.

Didn't some of the damaged Intel CPUs throw VRAM errors out, even though the CPU was damaged?

I mean these games run on phones, no half decent dedicated GPU should have any problems. :HideThePain:
