Not to sound like a hippie, but a woman who sleeps around is no different than a man who sleeps around; that is, they're human beings each with a unique set of circumstances. Sometimes those circumstances make said promiscuity callous and hurtful, other times it's harmless. Reducing people down to simple terms, especially ugly ones, is a contributing factor to many, many, many larger problems in the world.
I know this is a porn game, but I like to think the carnations, the house girls, and Edwin's mother are all portrayed in an empathetic light. They're certainly portrayed more favorably than any of the men in the game.
