I don't remember it changing the way people address MC or his thoughts. They just enable new dialogue options. The "toughness" score however, will change MC thoughts as well as dialogue options. More toughness = more mean spirited thoughts

Strongman - It's early in the game, first date with Felicia/Mina/Ian in the club. If my memory correct, you can go after Feli, and you can fuck her in the toilet. With the strongman version, you fold her into V and fuck her brains out properly :D
