All men share a fixation with breasts to some degree.

You won't see anyone complaining about the lack of variety in ass size and shape, waist to hip ratios or height. Very rarely even address facial variety. But breasts, they seem to carry the whole weight of a cast's diversity. Oddly interesting. Regardless, I will concede the point about contrast, and how all big makes big less special. That's fair. The problem is always the same though.. who gets the short end of the stick. And whoever that ends up being, I will always feel the same about it: "She would have been so much hotter with bigger boobs"

It's a rock and a hard place.

Perhaps in our next project I'll try to design a heroine with so much going on that a smaller chest would practically go unnoticed, but that's drawing board stuff. We like what we like, more so when we're styling semi-realism bathed in anime. Men must dream, and their dreams never end.

That's just because it's a waste of breath. It's not like the models are made with variety in those particular assets (har har har) in the first place, and bulk of the game makers can only work with what they got handed. ._.

But for the record, yes, having some more variety than stock hourglass with two beachballs sewn to the back would be pretty nice, too.

Don't be afraid to design a character or two that someone other than you might like and find hotter than you do find them yourself. That character doesn't get short end of the stick, they just get their own share of appreciative audience.

Wow, that painting exhibition scene was so well done. I really didn't have much of an opinion about Felicia's character up until that point, and I missed that entire scene on my first playthrough, but it was completely worth playing through a second time for that scene alone. The music selection was immaculate. Their drive back to her art studio gave me the exact same vibes as the motorcycle scene from Terror in Resonance.

Does anyone have a source for the song that plays during the drive and when they're sitting together on the rooftop? Perfect music selection.

Honestly thought I was firmly in the Hana camp after that intense date scene, but every update has me questioning who is Best girl. I can't wait for it all to come crashing down when reality sets back in.

Felicia is great. Spending a romantic evening with her instead of a "get together" with her and Mina is totally worth it.

And well thank the Gods I don't have to choose which girl is "best girl" between Mina, Hana, and Felicia. Yay for multiple saves.

Pardon me for quoting such an old post of yours but I was trying to find an answer to this question, I found this post of yours.

Can you exactly recall or send screenshots/dialogue in rpy file where she mentioned this clearly?, you know that the carnation with the 3 wins in the exhibitions will be the winner of the prize.

Sorry but like you note, this is old post, and my memory of the game details is pretty poor at this point. IIRC this is a combination of statements made in game (a Carnation who wins an exhibition gets a point, the girl with most points wins the entire competition) and basic math -- if one of Carnations accumulated 3 points then the 4th exhibition could no longer change the winner, because it'd make the score 3:1:0 at best, even if another girl won that round. If i'm not mistaken Kat even mentions this was the outcome in one of earlier runs, and it made the supposed climax pretty dull because the winner was already known at that point.

If Kat is planning to make the current run more "interesting" by avoiding repeat of such outcome, then this week's exhibition is where we'd potentially find that out (should one of the Carnations actually get 3 points) since she hasn't revealed any such plans previously.

I am not that fixated, I find even women hot who sport surfboards with nips on it. Then again I wouldn't be the one saying what you create here is "semi-realism bathed in anime". Well except maybe if the anime part of this world has selective gravity.

Hell yes dude. I completely agree. Some of the music before the update was a bit hit or miss, but I realized as SOON as that first new song played during the drive back to her studio the devs really chose something great.

speaking of music
i must say the music in newer updates have improved significantly
not only the choice of music is better (compared to the generic music in earlier updates) but the music syncs so well with the scenes that they make it special

for example I LOVE THE DANCE SCENE
the dance animations itself is kind of goofy and cool at the same time
but this track dropping the moment the MC starts to dance and Veronica looks at him amusingly
syncs so well that it's still one of my favorite moments in this game so far

I'd expect the update in the July-October range. Usually takes 6-8 months per update.
