Apparently, it was decided some time ago they were going to split the update, which is why it seems short. Hopefully, that means the next half will be ready in less than nine months.

The three Carnations have been an important part of the plot since Chapter 1, I understand if they are not your favorites but complaining about them at this point is absurd, the 3 of them are important to the story being told.

Well, I'm not complaining about them. I'm just saying that I'm not particularly interested in them in terms of content. (I won't even mention the plot; it's already stretched out to the limit.) And that's all we get in that regard these days. So, naturally, I'm not thrilled with this milf parade either.

If these were hentai scenes, I'm Santa Claus. There were only a couple of full-fledged scenes, no more than that; the rest were just groping and teasing. And there were, as you said, no more than eight of those. I don't understand your enthusiasm about this...

The flow of the game and how things connect is one of my primary concerns. It's what I spend the greatest amount of time wrestling over, and while result isn't perfect, it's not arbitrary; it's a reflection of what I think a visual novel should try to be. I'm sorry you find the structure irritating, and thank you for the feed back, but it's not done capriciously like you're suggesting.
Frankly: the function of the scene was presenting Edwin an emotional outlet post-Vicky talk with the seeming "girlfriend" options of the game. If you're loaning Mina out to Veronica or spending time with another girl instead of Mina during the last update, the game sees that an implicit choice about where you want Mina's relationship to go.
As for the list: should Edwin run out and grab some dude off the street corner so they can Eiffel tower her? Should he break out the dog collar after spilling his guts? No, not the time. Mina uses the moment to be tender and make Edwin feel better. Deepening their romantic connection within the remaining week and some change is a more time sensitive matter than exploring her kinky side - of which we'll get to.
I'll add one more thing: the game isn't just about the "stars", but also Edwin himself. Under that light, I hope Allison has a point (beyond being smoking hot).
That actually makes me feel better since I figured people would complain about the opposite. That is, a short update where the majority of dev energy was spent sex scenes. Trust me, most of those "story" scenes were a lot quicker to craft than the 8ish sex scenes and their constituent parts. I mean just look at the orgy scene itself: there's like 40+ animations within, juggling 12 actors between the statics.
I think your real issue may be with the breadth, focus, and presentation of the sex scenes themselves rather than a lack of 'em. Which is fair enough.

I just want to remind you oblivious guys to pay attention to saves, gallery unlockers and mods posted on the threads.

and remember that a few weeks ago some damn fucker repeatedly posted gallery unlockers on quite a few threads that had a malicious virus in them using different aliases.
That's why I think you guys should stop asking for saves, unlockers, mods and whatever.
And that's one of the reasons I'm not going to play this game until the public version comes out.
Other reasons:
- because the public version is going to be bugfree and more polished than the patreon version;
- because our buddy Mr Bubu most likely is going to update his walkthrough in the meanwhile;
- because I think the Authors deserve some respect, for fuck's sake.

Let me get a handle on the situation. You copied the 'unlocker.rpy' file into the 'game' folder, right? Did you then run the game, and did it run without any error messages? Have you restarted the game since adding the file?

Well, I immediately forgot about the orgy after watching it; it was quite chaotic and didn't stick in my memory at all. I really don't appreciate the constant perspective shifts from scene to scene.
I looked at all the other scenes in the gallery after opening it because I couldn't get to any of them either. These decisions are becoming more and more unwise. Moreover, their number has increased, while their impact on the protagonist's actions has diminished, since most of them simply result in inaction. Is it enough to make a mistake once. There's no need to complicate the game; it's pointless. If the game doesn't have enough scenes, let's at least get to them properly, that would be something.
