The theory that Vincenzo has already fucked all the Carnations off-screen is certainly "interesting", except for the fact that there are no hints of this in the game at all, other than the theory's author's imagination. Maybe Vincenzo simply won the right to be first in line when the fun begins, who knows? As Samson said, the Patrons' fun with the Carnations always happens sooner or later (at least, it did at previous exhibitions).
