I have took a little time before downloading the update and some little more before playing it.
It was Christmas time, so I felt had not the needed focus to enjoy it at the fullest. So, this night, the first of the new year, after roaming on internet a little, just after midnightI went FULLY into it.
I started from before the end of the last update, so to look at the three carnations photoshoot all together (yes, surely quite a lot before but it was the right choice...) and kept forward.
Well, when I was not anymore able to keep forward it was 7 and 30 of morning, sooooo....
It was like to became a Lycantrope howling at the full moon for the full time:MMMMMMMMAAAAAMMMAAA MIA! I eagerly expected the thing to improve but it have exceeded any my wildest (and lewdest) expectation!
Every minute or two I get my jaw dropped down by just looking at, alternatively, thegirl women's luscious body shots and their own adorable facial expressions, story is flawless and getting both kinkier than more grim as time go by, with the club owner pulling all their facade down to show their most devilish aspect.
Carnations were definitively bonded to the MC and both Felicia and Mina got their own character and motivations much more well defined and in a both surprising than credible way.

And besides considering how much Chuck seems to be fond of Edwin it would be more likely for him to become the old man heir in the club instead of Ian, at least as long as Edwin keep diving into the club' perverted activities and getting Chuck's trust along the way.
Feel like Chuck and MC's mom Victoria have history. She probably asked Ian's dad and Chuck for financial help and they were involved in getting her on cam.

I’m just saying that it’s possible that the mother of the main character may be still beholden to the whims of the pronation club and may have to engage in other future activities with her son witnessing them. After all Kathleen is a very vindictive and sadistic kind of individual.
Probably choose the wrong option, Mina is one my favorite arch for me, I just hope the Mina x Felicia x Hana fuck will have proper story later.

That is a possibility, still I doubt that. While August might have been one of the directors during Vicky´s porn career she worked with, I doubt that he was the one bringing her into porn. The MC´s Mom was desperate back then with few options.
That Kath is a sadist with a big S is correct. But as far as we currently know, Vicky´s porn career is more of a plot device than something getting into focus. What happened to her then, what she hated, what she liked about it, is more showing one of the main drives of the MC. He will do nearly anything to stop a repeat of the time when his Mom simply was so desperate that she earned money with making blue movies.
It is a possibility for the darker endings that Kath will try to pull the MC´s Mom into it, but not because of the old porn stuff, but because Kath wants leverage against the MC then.
While it could be a bug, I think you witnessed something we see too rarely in many adult games here, choices which matter! You said that you do not follow the Mina route, so your MC is not interested in her. Storywise this means your trip to the Arcade with MIna happened, but with you two being just friends or aquaintances, nothing remarkable happened.
The game plays differently depending what paths you take or not, which is great! For instance, during one of the exhibitions, you have the choice to help Kath more or visiting Hana in the Bar. You cannot do both and we can be sure the game remembers our choice and which routes we follow more or less.
