I think it's considered bad form to advertise other games by different developers in a game thread. I guess that's part of F95's generally quite successful attempts to keep good relations with developers. But generally speaking, you can find a lot of great games among Ren'Py games with a rating of 4.5 or more. Games not based on Ren'Py tend to attract other, less critical crowds (or just people with very different tastes in games), so don't rely on their ratings in the same way.

I once got a post in a game thread deleted for innocently saying something about a game by another developer. I guess the mod didn't know that the two developers share an itch.io account. I don't think your post is a problem, but you should probably edit it and strike out the last sentence to prevent entrapping other users. (Use the editing symbol just after the one for underlining.)

Then if you click the word "Forum" top left, you get to a full overview of forum categories. I am not sure if your request fits best under General Discussions or under the subcategory General Discussions / Recommendations & Identifications. Maybe you can even find a thread that asks a similar question and got plenty of good answers.

Only played a small part, but having to watch premium whiteknighting 3 times in a row within an hour sure was uncomfortable. Still on the fence about the rest. Haven't seen enough.

Just don't have high hopes. Games like Eternum, BaDIK and this one are rare. There are many more games with good or even great graphics, than games with good writing. Even if you look at top ten most popular games on this site, not all of them have good writing.
