How small are we talking, completely flat or just a slight bump?I'm probably in a minority, but I think Hana would look better with a smaller chest. The exposed, lacy bra in the preview in particular calls attention to how oversized her tits are relative to the rest of her body.
She's still super sexy overall, don't get me wrong, but this is far from her best look.
Even a C- or D- cup would already be smaller without being actually small and, i'm with enamel on this one, far better looking. I'm similarly not a fan of silly large features, although i get this is at least to some degree Honey Select thing.
Counterpoint: one is a ditzy blonde and the other is a moody goth girl. Out of them two, Mina's type is the one to usually get saddled with large breasts.
That said, their visual similarity is kind of a thing, so any changes should likely affect both. And getting bit smaller wouldn't hurt them (the opposite if anything, it'd be a literal relief for their backs

Was actually thinking the same thing. But at least there are large and very large ones to compare so there's that. And a few small ones sprinkled in between.

It's something that I wish a lot of games would do a bit more. Regardless if we're talking about LIs or fMCs...not every female character should have big boobs, even if you like them (and I do as well), to make the characters that do have them more special (as they are in real life as well).

All men share a fixation with breasts to some degree.
You won't see anyone complaining about the lack of variety in ass size and shape, waist to hip ratios or height. Very rarely even address facial variety. But breasts, they seem to carry the whole weight of a cast's diversity. Oddly interesting. Regardless, I will concede the point about contrast, and how all big makes big less special. That's fair. The problem is always the same though.. who gets the short end of the stick. And whoever that ends up being, I will always feel the same about it: "She would have been so much hotter with bigger boobs"
It's a rock and a hard place.
Perhaps in our next project I'll try to design a heroine with so much going on that a smaller chest would practically go unnoticed, but that's drawing board stuff. We like what we like, more so when we're styling semi-realism bathed in anime. Men must dream, and their dreams never end.
