It happened fairly early in the last update (Chapter 4 Update 3). Amber (the purple-haired girl Killian is now hooking up with) gave the MC a minor makeover.

I do find it interesting that despite him being her de facto protege, and one of Chuck's boys, Kat relentlessly needles Edwin with small jibes and making him work with Rose in various settings, especially the porno shoot. Maybe she gets a kick out of twisting the knife on his mommy issues, especially evoking the "single mom prostitute" angle with Rose so she can remind him of Victoria and make him uncomfortable. I just started playing, and I'll continue another day, but I want spoilers, does the MC have to choose someone? I looked around the gallery, and one of the last scenes is with one of the 'prostitutes' living with him, I got curious.
In my gameplay I basically focused on Hana, I never thought that some of the 'prostitutes' were options.
And is it possible to create a harem, even if it is unofficial? (You understand what I want to know)
I understand the situation of these girls, but after seeing this scene with one of them living with the MC, this seemed possible to me, even though I focused on Hana, my MC naturally had sex with the girls normally, and from what I read in the comments, Hana will be ok with that.

I think it is a mix of her being a sadist and also her recognizing the "darkness" Edwin has in him and pushing him to embrace it
unofficially you can have have sex with every girl outside the club at one point or another with varying degrees of relationships but its not exclusive or anything
you can (easily imo) have mina affection and ian bromance both maxed but we havent seen any real fallout from it yet so it could have a negative impact down the line but i doubt it will
you can be fuck buddies with hana and be with mina, or you can be a lying cunt and date hana and still have sex with mina
