So, i got a couple of points in the game where it just crashes ( the first crashing point since i first found out and played the game in early 2024 keeps happening), specifically the cattle prod scene before the punishment game after the second exhibition and in the new release during one of the scenes of Vicky with Don. That in and in itself is not a major issue since once i restart the game it goes through those points normally. But can someone explain to me why the ever loving F.....elicia does it lock my unlocked memories again? I don't mind the crashing but that pisses me right off. And to preempt it, this happens without and with a mod. Any ideas why this happens or if it happened to anyone else?

So I'm wondering why we didn't have the option to decline the weed this time. Call me weird and all, but even in a fictitious universe revolving around a prostitution ring, I don't like the idea of the character I'm supposedly controlling doing drugs, and doubly so when we've had the option to decline before.

That did occur to me. It was mostly a desire to streamline the scene, but I hand waved it as early Edwin (potentially) being more of a rube and current fuck-on-stage Edwin being a bit more relaxed.
...but yeah, mostly laziness.
I had actually wondered if anyone would care, especially since there's so much stuff that Edwin does without player input, but you're the second one to mention it. So good to know.

I get it. It's mostly that don't particularly like it when drugs are involved and prefer when we have the choice to decline it. I can't say I like everything Edwin does (or thinks) even though I like the story, but the choice to decline earlier set up expectations that this would be the case once more if the same situation appeared again further down the line. Oh, and even though I don't like it when the MC takes part in it, high Rosalind was hilarious.
On another subject, I'm glad the Hana/Mina situation is finally starting since they're by far my favorites.

Some kind of memory error but I've never had a problem with rental games before
Especially with the computer with 128 gigs of RAM and a 16 gig graphics card

Once I deleted the mod download my save and reinstall without the mod it worked fine

I was the other person to mention the weed thing, I mostly thought it was weird we had been given the option last 2 times, and Edwin even commented on how it would be out of character for him, but it didn't happen this time around, I agree it would kinda ruin the flow of that scene, but consistency is nice too.

You could always be generous and tell yourself it's because even Edwin isn't large enough social retard to opt out of smoking in a situation where it's literally the only thing that may keep from imploding the little social gathering he technically arranged and is responsible for. So, lead by example and all that.

Assuming we play are cards right, I don't think winning the contest is a requirement for a "good" ending for the Carnations. Or at least, I think we'll be able get all of them to the finish line "whole" and holding on to the thing they most needed - which is not necessarily what the entered the contest for. Winning the contest might be an alternate route to a good ending for one girl, but I'm starting to get skeptical of that given just how unstable the Club is looking.
I don't think there's any guarantee there will be a "Public Use" week in this year' contest. AFICT Kathleen is a consummate showman so she changes up the themes each year. The girls might still be subjected to some or all of the Club members (particularly in Week 4), but I think the setting will be a different than the one we saw in the old clip.
Indeed. Even more than the base expectation of choice, the MC's rationale for turning down weed when Jacob offers it way back in the prologue suggest he just didn't like the stuff. So it was definitely a headscratcher when he automatically embraced the option here.
That said, I eventually put it down to the MC desperately wanting to get the three Carnations on the same page. He probably figured that if he refused to partake in Ian's "plan," at best it would blow any chance of the girls bonding, and at worst it would start them arguing about how he dragged them here just to wuss out. I don't really buy that getting high would help the situation, but I can see why he might have felt his hands were tied once the girls started smoking. (Well, that and TD wanting to streamline the branches as he confirmed, but there is at least a Watsonian pretext.)

Yeah, I don't think there will be a free use week. My theory or prediction, is It might be passion, love, sensual, Romance type theme.
I think this cause week 1 was pleasure, nice week, humaliation and pain are bad weeks, so end on a good theme. With love or Passion, the one you are romancing the most, who you have the most chemistry,will be the winner of the whole thing or given most time and helped if you are with Hana/Mina.
Also maybe if this the theme, during the week the Carnations goals can be to plan different dates, dinner, amusement park, picnic, riding a boat, etc.
So right now that is what I think the final week will be, basically Love, Romance,etc., but I could be wrong, we shall see.

I'll admit, a love/romance theme for Week 4 is something I wouldn't see coming even with your warning here. Kathleen would never go for that; should her heart somehow grow enough sizes that day to make it possible, she'd probably just collapse from low blood pressure and die.
If, however, Kathleen did keel over and Hana simply declared the theme at the last second, I'm pretty sure I could roll with the surprise.

so if the story ends in just 8 days then i assume there will be at least 1 timeskip after the 4th week game ends right ?
because the chronology of events takes place within a very small time frame
my guess is if it had a timeskip it would atleast be a few years forward to a point where the MC is finally a doctor and by then everyone involved in the club will have moved on with their lives

Im just glad the weed "story line" wasn't some huge cringe mob plot like in Being A Dik. It's weed, your local gilf probably sells it with a free bowl of BBQ chips and Lemon Gatorade. A scene with Mina and Kathleen getting baked would a gold mine of comedy.
