That pic, even if it only will be a transition screen, is quite interesting. It shows one of the early winners of the Pale Carnation games, who has become a famous actress. We can be rather sure that the Club has pulled some strings to help her along, even if she would have made it all alone too. But the Club nudging surely will have hastened her rise.
This shows two things: Felicia is not wrong on that she will get needed influence if she comes out of the games halfway intact. And B, Veronica is playing with fire when she tries to get the others to go "on strike", something Felicia is clearly aware of when you see her answer.

Dev Diary 92

Hello all, TD here. It’s been three weeks since our last dev diary, so let’s get cracking.
Currently the update sits at a total of 833 statics images, 35 animations, and 20,482 words.
That means since our last report, we have added 279 statics images, 8 animations, and 6,297 words to the project
Productivity has been pretty high considering there’s been a good bit of planning and prepping leading into the free roam, of which we’re in the thick of and about to finish the “first stage” as we’re calling it.
To be honest, I had been feeling some trepidation about starting this segment, after all it’s been like 3 years since the last one, but I am having a ton of fun with it. Coding and doing the photoshop work for each room has been a nice change of pace from abusing adverbs and onomatopoeias. It’s been soooooo long since the last exhibition and there’s so many juicy things lined up. This is one of those times where GIL and mine’s excitement lines up, which hopefully means we will give you some of our best work.
At any rate, this update is going to be a doozy: exhibition 3. The lead in, the pre-exhibition business, and the games proper. Thank you for the support while we put it all together, without you guys, we’re just two dudes playing with dolls.

Alright, it's numbers time! It sounds like TD and GIL have average approximately 93 static images, 2.7 animations and 2099 words per week in the three weeks since our last dev diary. Overall, that gives them an average of ~77 statics, 3.2 animations and 1887 words per week since work on Chapter 4 Update 6 began. Here are the charts for Week 11:

We're a decent ways in by now, but with nearly the entire exhibition still to come it sure seems like this will be an enormous update - assuming it isn't subdivided at some point. I'll admit, I hadn't really thought about how long it had been since the last exhibition. The first week does seem like ages ago, but the second week feels more recent than that even if the numbers clearly show otherwise; I guess time really does fly when you're having fun! :)

At any rate, it's great to see TD and GIL brimming with enthusiasm. It certainly promises to be an eventful update and I'm very eager to see what's in store for us... though I suspect I'll be more interested in finding an escape hatch once I'm playing it and Kathleen's in full swing. Ah well, them's the risks. We'll see what our options are when we finally get there.

I had been REALLY pissed off about this game up until I got to the point I'm at right now. The more.....sadistic stuff doesn't really do it for me, and the milder stuff didn't go for enough into what it was doing. IDK if that was a deliberate choice from the Dev, cause it really does kinda slot into the theme of this game. Kinks galore. What I had been feeling up to this point was just like a massive exercise in edging lol. I was enjoying the game, don't get me wrong. It's REALLY good!! But the stuff I was into just didn't go far enough.....so I was getting actually pissed LOL! Then

So, IDK where I am in the update from that part, but I hope that stuff above is a sign of things to come. Getting a bit more into the somewhat milder stuff.

Almost like people being exploited in a sex club not having an abundance of positive sex (vanilla) encounters in that context is logical :HideThePain:

Unless by vanilla you mean "missionary position on the night of your marriage under the watchful eyes of jesus" in which case yeah Edwin is a slutty slut who won't be able to be vanilla until the very end when we get the legendary bridal carry render.

iirc the recent updates took 8 months? Is there a real chance this one will take maybe 9 or more? I know its hard to say so early, but I ask for a specific reason and maybe someone is familiar enough with the game and the creators to know.
