The counter-argument is: Killian will do that with any woman because he likes Edwin so much but Victoria is not just 'any woman' to him. She is the only woman important to him and he's spent years crafting up this Holy Mary image of her in his mind that completely shattered to pieces in one fell swoop last update. There's also a crescendo slowly building up towards Victoria and her past stepping into the narrative one step at a time.

Don't sleep tight just yet. :BootyTime:
That's gonna be a hell of a revelation when it happens, it's gonna be fun and/or painful depending on how naughty I've been in my save file...

Oh brother, that's why I love this game so much.

Am I the only one feeling Kojima vibe from TD1900?
That's kind of a loaded question...

I haven't seen a lot of feet pics in Pale Carnation. And lords know that Quiet was this.

Now in terms of crazy stuff, we saw a gilf get it on with a Dommy Mommy for three orgasms from both of them.

Kojima ever gets warped and goes into porn, TD is going to be in gooood company.

I hope there's a path where a self-reflecting Killian starts to laugh and defuses the awkwardness between Edwin, Victoria and himself by saying out loud that he's in love with Alice and that his unwavering kinship with them has made him realize that. She was never supposed to stand in for his mother, but he was too young to understand she can also be a friend, a confidant or become a serious partner. This unsolved business was also the reason his relationship with Mina didn't last.

Nahhhhh, don't feel bad about that. Ian treated Mina like shit and she was gonna dump him anyway. Bros before hoes only goes so far. Edwin's not made of stone, yknow? I'm not even sure Ian would especially mind.
This is Just My Totally Entitled Opinion, but I'll proudly say it anyway:

Any player who doesn't make Edwin take the opportunity with Mina as soon as he can... well, they are gaayyyyyyy :whistle:

Just for the record, in case there is some misunderstanding, I was joking. I don´t feel bad one bit. I also feel like Killian would take a bullet for Edwin, but the way he is in regards to Edwin, he is the complete opposite to Mina and to any women in general. Killian might be a bros-before-hoes type of guy, but I´m not.

Bros-before-hoes is ok, but Mina is not a common hoe.

This is a funny discussion, because in my opinion, Edwin would never betray Killian, I even mentioned this before, but if there's one character Edwin would take a bullet for, it's Killian, and aside from Victoria (of course), there's no other character in the game that our main character is more fond of, not even Hana or Mina or any of the main girls.

With that being said, It's not like Edwin goes out of his way to steal Mina from Killian, it's quite the opposite, Mina, after she realizes she's being constantly cheated on, and treated like garbage by her horrible soon to be ex-boyfriend, then she tries to seduce us, and with the way the situation happens, there's quite literally 0 reason to feel morally bad about it, or even feel like we're "betraying our best friend", their relationship is basically over, it's just a matter of time until Mina breaks up with him, and at no point does Edwin have ill intent when interacting with Mina or is secretly trying to win her over.

There's no "Hoes-before-bros" here, Killian fucks up so massively there's no reason to even feel bad for him during the whole situation.

Well, it totally depends on the path you choose:

- bromance points stats change your dialogues and your attitude towards Ian.

Anyway, Edwin never favours Ian over Hana or Mina. Just think about the scenes where Hana/Mina quarrels with Ian: I don't remember a single moment where Edwin takes Ian's sides.

There's also no Hey bro, quick heads up: I am hooking up with your ex. Please don't be mad?

That Killian, or anyone for that matter, wouldn't react to it negatively because "they don't deserve what they had" is unrealistic. How long he's going to be pissed off is a different matter.

Well, that's why we're seeing Edwin and Mina being careful about their relationship. They both think that they shouldn't tell Ian about it yet.

There's sort-of that fairly early, IIRC after Ian brings his hookup to Edwin's new apartment and wakes him up. Edwin can chew him out over that and how he's inconsiderate towards Mina, plus give him heads-up he's going to be hanging out with Mina at her request.

It's not outright "Yo bro, am gonna be fucking your girl" but i consider Ian to have enough emotional intelligence, no matter how hard he hides it, to read that scribble on the wall.

True, true.

Mina, after she realizes she's being constantly cheated on, and treated like garbage by her horrible soon to be ex-boyfriend, then she tries to seduce us, and with the way the situation happens, there's quite literally 0 reason to feel morally bad about it, or even feel like we're "betraying our best friend", their relationship is basically over, it's just a matter of time until Mina breaks up with him, and at no point does Edwin have ill intent when interacting with Mina or is secretly trying to win her over.
This is the thing. We are able to see how their relationship is and how little Ian seems to be interested in Mina. She´s just a girl he keeps around to fool with, just like everyone else. It´s this that pushes Mina away and she eventually comes for Edwin. As you said, there aren´t many reasons to feel bad about accepting her advances.
