It is true that from gameplay perspective it's better to make the MC perform instead of Ian. But from the way I control the MC and also, just the fact that MC is trying to be a doctor, it doesn't make any sense to make a "public" video. Regardless of whether the video would actually be public or not.

kathleen already addressed this in game, she says that because one of the earlier competitions had a clear winner it got boring for the members of the club so now the competition is set up in such a way that it will stay competitive throughout. Do you think that the creators of this game wont take into consideration that people will have the same girl win? That seems like a really obvious thing that a game with quality this ridiculously high should consider.

Ian didnt rape Alice, them having sex is still "wrong" because of the power dynamic of being an employee and employer but from everything we have seen Ian has never forced himself on her just indirectly used his position of power against her. Darius didn't disappear he successfully blackmailed Kathleen and was able to get away (as far as we know). Since it isn't rape the club doesn't care nor could it be used against Ian (it is literally just a nude of someone he morally shouldn't be having sex with but legally its fine), all of that ignores the fact that alice likely doesn't want it to get out for the obvious sexual embarrassment reasons but also if it gets out she will 100% lose her job.
