I started playing on version 1.1.6 and had the same problem.Hi Dev!
1. When I try entering the hospital I just get the information that I am not sick. Am I missing something or is 1.1.5 save incompatible:

2.I think two maps are overlapped.
It's not an important part, but I'll fix it as soon as possible.
I love your artstyle and the animations you pull off but having to restart the whole game every time an update drops cuz saves break is kinda off putting, at least you could provide some saves for starting to do the current/new content
I think the reason the game is reset is because of the plug-in change.
I'm going to refrain from adjusting the plug-in as much as possible.
