I hope so but I'm a little worried about how that would work with the game being structured the way it is. Since you have to watch every scene to get the corruption stat high enough to watch subsequent scenes, it might be that the dev will assume you did everything when advancing that plot.
She can be pregnant not from Larry if her sex dream in school was reality before this dream. In this dream VoidStar also not show full scene. But Ellie mentions pregnancy also. But if this only dream, Ellie has a big chance of getting pregnant from Larry. And dev also hide scene where Ellie visit second time to Larrys father and brother. And she is not using contraceptives. Amoxycillin is antibiotic.
In reality, with this behavior, Ellie would have a great chance to get pregnant. And this will return the intrigue to the plot. Now the plot PB2 much more boringly PB1. And this will return the intrigue to the plot. Now the plot PB2 much more boringly PB1

Most likely VoidStar will be too lazy to do this, but he could not be too lazy to do it, given such small updates. Not the fact that VoidStar Ellie means. But it's Ellie's pregnancy that could bring intrigue back into the plot. It's not even a fact that Eugene will meet and talk again with a street whore who could get pregnant from him.

sure but making each scene where ellie appears twice (1 preggo and 1 non-preggo) isn't as easy as it sounds and would require timejump too (couple months).

It's actually not that difficult. Daz has a spot render tool to select an area of a scene and then render only that. So in this case, her belly. So, it'd probably be render the entire scene with her not pregnant, use the morphs to make her pregnant, use the spot render tool to only render the belly. Finally, use layeredimage in Ren'Py with a conditional on whether or not to overlay the preggo belly on the main image or not.
Voidstar also makes the game "Sexverse" and in this game some characters may be pregnant or not during the plot, but currently all stories end before the pregnancy becomes noticeable. At some point, the stories must continue. Therefore, dev must resolve this issue. I think Ellie from PB 2 is a good character to start doing this.
