He has made polls before and majority of people want more scenes between larry and ellie. Also, he has teased pregnancy multiple times before. Maybe he makes it a choice if the player wants her to be pregnant or not? Matter of time before it happens.
It would be reasonably to make Ellie pregnant or not at the player's decision.
Personally, I would be interested in seeing Ellie having sex with other men and guys. It will be great if a man near a nightclub fucks Ellie and may be Scarlet in version 0.32.
It would also be interesting to see Larry and Scarlet's sex scenes.

Not this short, I'm a sub and I don't mind his normal small updates because they are frequent. With this one my coffee didnt have time to get warm before the update was complete.HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA But that's a normal thing in this game, all updates last less time than a straw.
