Said it before, Ellie will get pregnant. VoidStar has made polls before asking what people wanted to see and lots of people voted for pregnant Ellie. She didn't take birth control. Either way I hope he makes a choice where Ellie keeps it or not. Won't make everyone happy.
I agree that maybe Ellie should not be pregnant if the player refused some sex scenes. But this needs to be discussed with the developer.
But if the player saw the scene with pregnant Ellie (in the picture below), she must become pregnant according to the plot of the game.
