If I am not mistaken, Larry is the only one who came inside of Ellie. Not once but multiple times. She didn't take birth control. So Larry is the #1 person to be the father. Also, Larry is a fan favorite since people voted to see more scenes of Larry and Ellie.
Edit - Ellie talks about pregnancy with Larry and no one else. Unless I am forgetting about someone else. Void is teasing pregnancy between those two.

It doesn't really matter how many times Larry or anyone else comes inside her, because the events are skipable and she will need to get pregnant from an event that isn't. The entire game is keeping MMC and Ellie apart and unrecognizable to each other for a reason. There is bound to be and unskippable event where they fuck like the first game had with boyfriend and Nadia on the only possible day she could get pregnant. That's why Ellie isn't black lol. Of course, this is only in the canon ending and not the various "bad" endings where this doesn't happen. We've already had a few of those. The fucked up event leading into the next game needs to be hard coded in like the first time around and as fucked up as her relationship is with Larry, Ellie getting pregnant by captain comb-over doesn't fit the bill.

Also, did Void change the amount of times Ellie (you) has to click on the nsfw choice? I thought if you skipped a couple then the options would be locked. I heard lots of people complaining that they would drop this game if Ellie ever got pregnant but Void does not care. Those are people who don't pay and people who do pay want to see more Ellie and Larry, and have Ellie get pregnant. I'm just leaning more into Larry being the father since Void teased it.

PB2 update 0.34 will be in june and, i think, Eliie will be pregnant in version 0.34 or 0.35, because the most voters in the poll for make Ellie pregnant.

My opinion, that Ellie must realise she's pregnant in version 0.34.

I didn't mean what update Ellie gets pregnant lol, I meant what update did Ellie and her father "met". I wonder how Void will announce Ellie getting pregnant since Larry is the only one who came inside of her. Probably a setting that will turn on or off pregnancy. Not only Larry. Also guy named Joshua in version 0.33 came inside of Ellie. But Larry has done it many times before in one night.

The developer can come up with a lot of things. For example, that Ellie's sex "nightmare", at the end of which the first time a pregnancy is mentioned, was a reality before dream.

And need to remember that Patreon blocks for incest.

If not then how are we gonna choose how she gets pregnant, also what happens if we reject his offer. Will the game end there or will someone save the day? Weird way since some people don't want Ellie to get pregnant but Void is forcing it. Can you show us the screenshots too?

Also I got the idea that Larry would be the one since both of them had sex multiple times before. Maybe I am forgetting but Ellie had the most sex with Larry since she keeps going back to him and had multiple scenes together. I wonder how Void is gonna introduce it and who it will be.

I feel like the 0.36 offer of impregnation to Elly is a way to make Pregnancy a canon storyline for Ellie - if she doesn't accept that offer, then she gets pregnant from Larry or that other dude instead.

Unless a pregnant Ellie is still going to be optional...

Great, give the people the choice to choose. I just thought since Ellie and Larry share the most scenes together besides Nadia or whatever Ellie's gf is called, I thought Larry would be the #1 candidate to get Ellie pregnant. If we get to choose who gets Ellie pregnant, I hope we get a good and long scene/update. This can't be done in 5 minutes or less.
