The option "not for now" implies it would have happened eventually.

I think that if "no pregnancy now" won, Ellie, like her mother, would become pregnant only at the very end of the game. Otherwise (currently 57% votes and less 11 hours left), Ellie becomes pregnant long before the end of the game - may be in the next version.
Update: VoidStar prolonged the poll for another seven days. Now 57% for Make Ellie pregnant.

Why is everybody speculating who is gonna be the baby daddy when it is obvious that she is going to get pregnant from accidentally fucking her dad? Just like the first game where Nadia could do her best to fuck the entire city and yet her boyfriend was the only one who could get her pregnant. There is only one fertile man in this series. Everyone else was smart enough to get the snip.
If I am not mistaken, Larry is the only one who came inside of Ellie. Not once but multiple times. She didn't take birth control. So Larry is the #1 person to be the father. Also, Larry is a fan favorite since people voted to see more scenes of Larry and Ellie.
Edit - Ellie talks about pregnancy with Larry and no one else. Unless I am forgetting about someone else. Void is teasing pregnancy between those two.
