You can only vote if you are in a certain tier, it also depends what Void writes down. A lot of subs were only interested in Ellie getting pregnant. I think there is an option where you can add your own opinion but most likely it wont get chosen. Unless you pay the $100 tier where you can choose a fetish scene per update.

In a very unrealistic way VoidStar made Ellie pregnant.
It is impossible to imagine that in reality some rich and influential person wanted a girl unfamiliar to him to become pregnant from someone and write off the debt for this.
It would be much more realistic if Boyka demanded sex from Ellie and sex with him would be mandatory. Then, at the player's choice, she could have sex with Larry.
And during the pregnancy test, the player could choose a father.
It would be much more realistic if the pregnancy became unexpected for Ellie - a girl who does not know how to protect herself.

I just want to find a half decent relationship for Ellie by the end with a semi sane woman.
Scarlet is hot and great for a fuck but she's a mess of a person and not really cut out for anything serious. I wouldn't wish a full on relationship with her on someone I hated nevermind a character I actually like. She is the very definition of hit and quit. If one night stand had an entry in a book somewhere in this game, it would be her face on it.
Nadia has been a lost cause since the first game so she can carry on as she is. She is a fantastic character but she's got no hope of anything resembling a normal home life. Girl makes sluts look like nuns.
I do find myself at a loss when it comes to the male MC. Even in the first game I didn't find him an interesting character and he's been even less so in this one. He's like a glass of water or bread without butter, just bland as fuck. In all my years playing adult games i've never seen a male character manage to make sex look boring. Guy has no personality at all. It's like the dev thought it would be funny to take a background NPC and make him the leading man for shits and giggles. If it wasn't for the plot he'd get no bitches.
