You have a strange ignore list, you still going on about this like anyone really gives two shits. Ill humour you though. What you stating here MAY be the eventual conclusion, but I would say pretty much EVERYTHING that is and has happened thus far has no story or plot or meaning and its all pretty much senseless and you can pretty much skip the dialogue and still get whats going on here, and guess why, because here is nothing profound happening.
If the writer intentionally is obscuring/obfuscating the plot by throwing in random fucks to the "wife" and "daughter" oh and an unavoidable pregnancy for the daughter that still makes NO sense, then they really screwed the pooch in thinking players and supporters will lap it all up without a sliver of driving anything you are aluding to (bar a few lost souls). There simply has been little to ANY plot and the only semi interesting character is the MC but thats not saying much and what happens to him is just as random and obscured (that is even if there is anything behind all this)

Actually, yesterday I deleted my entire save folder because I wanted to start the story completely from scratch.
I saw that at the beginning you can choose the characters' family relationships... and I discovered that Eugene is actually a man of honor who served 19 years in a special prison to avoid getting his wife into trouble.
I don't think the family has reunited yet, but I think Nadia knows that her husband was convicted... but then she was absorbed by her duties as a mother to give birth to Ellie without any financial help.
The fact is that the production of this 2nd season is very slow... because the three protagonists have different stories. It's as if this game includes three different games.
I hope you follow what I'm about to say:
Pandora Box 1 took about a year and a half and includes 60 days of the story of this brave young couple.
Pandora Box 2 is on day 38 (if you don't take the absurd path of Ellie being pregnant and jumping forward in time to day 60...)
However, based on the fact that the story is on day 38, it will take at least another 20/30 days before the family members are reunited, and I believe that when this happens, this season will come to an end.
What I'm saying is just a personal guess, and I'm not in contact with the developer... but I think there could one day be a Pandora Box 3 even more focused on Ellie.
What I can advise you to do is to read the dialogues carefully and avoid skipping the days dedicated to Eugene because they may contain the key to successfully completing the game.

The part where Ellie is pregnant has a time jump from day 35/36 (not sure I haven't play yet) to day 60...
and this version starts on day 37.

Nadia mother is not in this game up to now... and 19 years are not so easy for... Nadia is 38 so her mother is over 50
and in any case she never helped Nadia...
