You don't really need an ATM code now; just hire milkshakes workers over and over, and after a while you'll have more money than you need (2k$ a day).
So, 2 questions remain:
1-How to turn the bar into stripclub?
2-Any way to remove shower curtains?
Edit: No idea how I did it, but option to turn the bar into a stripclub appeared to me in the bar options after a while......right after I made the spies go naked. Might be that. Requirement in quest says also 5000$ and 4 hired.

Yes dont work.
For unlock the stripclub you must finish the sex mission.
So as you can see there's a huge problem

Try this:
-Maggie Trendset has been captured (Aces)
-Muffy Peprich has been captured (Outsiders)
-Carla Wong has been captured (Drift Punk)
-Foreplay has been unlocked.
The event should trigger at night time.
If the above way doesn't trigger the starter quest, then please share your save file and I'll look what's wrong.

Just double checked it in my game, and the quest doesn't seem bugged. (at least for me)
You get Muffy by:
-Sending your agents to attack the Outsiders during landgrabs (she's the first Outsiders Lt.).
-Get max reputation with the Outsiders at rank 1. Just send your spies there a few times and do the quests.
-Once you've done the quests, prepare a mission and capture her at the Abandoned Amusement Park.
If you've done the above, but still can't get Muffy to show, then please include your save game and I'll have a look.

yes, but if you've played enough renpy games almost none of them are hard to fix or work around
If you unlocked the first Outsider lieutenant, then send a mission into their territory, even though there isn't a mission for it.
Assuming you're up to speed on the other two factions, the quest that unlocks sex should be available after that.
No idea about the strip club.
I finally got the quest for sex scenes, but it never populated into the quest list and after finding the papers for sam in the high school I don't know what to do next. What was the next step?
