Hello Thomas, thank you for providing a save game.
There is one more hidden value that is required before you can build a stripclub.

There is something called publicSlut, which increases each time you send your girls to do a risqué act in public.
Right now it's mostly gained when encouraging your spies to be slutty or when they call you on the phone when they're send undercover with the gangs around town.

I'll be removing this requirement in the next update.

Here's what you can do till then:
1. Try sending your spies undercover with a gang until you get a phone message and tell your spy to do something naughty.
or
2. You can also set it with the developer menu by pressing Shift+O and typing:

slutPublic = 5

Press enter and then visit your milkshake bar.

thanks. I finally be able to do it. I have one issue left, that is taking picture of a girl during forplay for picture quest. please can you check my save and tell me how to do it/fix it?

pleeeasse dont. just tell us somewhere ingame (maybe conversation with kim) that we have to do it. maybe increase the slut events occuring a little (im guessing you are talking about the phone calls eg). corruption progression is kinda important. its not fun when they just turn into sluts after some time.

every time you send a spy to a gang, there's a chance of a call (phone symbol at bottom left corner) that the spy will ask you whether or not they have to flash/expose themselve to the gang to get more intel. pick yes every time until you reach the required stat. mine was 4 at the time so as soon as the author explained I understood and got the stat to 5 immediately. after that visit the bar to start the quest "Build-A-Bar", meet its requirements (for finding one that can spread the word, talk to Mathias), then visit the bar again to build the strip club, done. so far no CG for strip club done, guess we have to wait until next update.

i finished that already, i just wanted the author to know that i like this system. would be nice if the girls would have sent pics of doing it though

but 1 of the picture quests isnt finished i think. the game tells you which one (either at the quest giver or the log)

the girls can strip some (show tits) for the gangs and for agents and there is a stripclub later on, nothing else yet if you dont count them getting a little lesbian side action with each other

girls (at least 1) also gives bjs to gang, got it once when game decided (bugged, again) that mc can send girls on missions during night, nothing after that (aka no reporting) except usual morning where he could send girls again on missions.
