Anyone else also really impressed with how many choices we had in the first chapter?

It was a huge amount and part of me does worry it will become too many choices for the dev to handle, but I'll cross my fingers and hope for the best.

I can tell you after playing all of the potential paths through Chapter 1 and Chapter 2 that the number of choices available (while impressive) indeed does pose difficulty. However, I do not believe that there is a higher proportion of inconsistencies in Chapter 2 relative to Chapter 1 when it comes to some of the paths leading from certain choices not being very logical or making good sense (a slim proportion thankfully).

For example, some of the inconsistencies I previously noted remain in Chapter 1 (see my lengthy post on page 8 of this thread). Then in Chapter 2, there are three instances of choices not leading to any outcome at all, as well as a few outcomes that bother me based on the preceding choices.

Three choices from Chapter 2 missing content and two things that bother me"]To provide three examples of choices with missing content, in continuing the cuck route from Chapter 1 in which the MC fell asleep outside while waiting for his wife to finish fucking Derek, if his wife asks him whether he wants to know the details of what happened and he says "Yes please", then instead of his wife telling him what happened, the word "test" is shown on the screen.

Second, the only way to have sex with Makani (currently the only instance of the MC having sexual intercourse with a woman other than his wife) while having dinner is if the story continues along the cuck route and then the MC allows Makani to dominate him for just a bit but does not allow her to continue doing so, after which she surprises the MC in the restroom with sex. However, in continuing along the non-cuck route, if the MC has dinner with Makani after the surfing contest and then explicitly tells her to meet him in the restroom to have sex, then nothing happens between them, and the MC and Makani simply finish their meal at the restaurant and leave.

Third, there is one path in which the MC tells his wife that he wants to go sit in the sun on the beach, but then the MC and his wife instead go surfing.

In addition to the above, there's a few things that currently bother me about Chapter 2 (including the progression from Chapter 1):

If the MC continues from the "threesome" route in Chapter 1 where he chose to fuck his wife first, decides in Chapter 2 that he should not cheat on his wife, and changes the subject when Amanda alludes to the island being famous for something, then his wife suddenly disappears from the dance floor at the night club so she can suck off four guys in the men's restroom and have all of them cum in her mouth, which she conceals from the MC (though he tastes something unusual in her mouth when she kisses him immediately afterwards, effectively making him a forced cum-mouth kisser).

If the MC continues from the "threesome" route in Chapter 1 where he chose to let Derek fuck his wife first and decides in Chapter 2 that he should not cheat on his wife, then his wife (Chloe) sneaks away while he is taking a nap on the beach to go have sex with Derek again and says nothing about it to the MC. Keep in mind that this takes place after the MC discovered his wife having sex with Derek in the shower in Chapter 1 and confronted her about it afterwards ("Did you really have to fuck him in the shower? Is his dick that much better than mine?"), for which she then apologized.

So I still find it hard to believe at times that the MC's wife prioritizes his happiness in relation to his assumed cuckholding kink when she so rabidly pursues Derek's dick (even when the MC is not around to supposedly enjoy watching her have sex) or when she otherwise acts like a total cumslut when she's outside of her husband's view, which frankly makes me dislike her due to thinking she is somewhat full of shit. It's also quite cliche and not very endearing that she acts like such a size queen on so many paths; even on the one path where she refuses to have sex with Derek while she thinks that her husband is taking a nap on the beach, she makes it sound like the MC is lacking some undeniably superior quality in a man that only is made up for because she loves him.

It's still altogether a great game so far though, and I too hope it continues to be developed until proper completion, which given the number of choices/paths available is likely to take quite some time. One thing I'm looking forward to is the introduction of the harem route, which is finally mentioned as a possibility at the end of Chapter 2 (though not yet initiated).

To be fair, the developer did have the following to say on Patreon (quoted below through use of italics):

Here it is the Patreon release of Chapter 2. It's been a long road, filled with mistakes and learning opportunities. I didn't get to finish it as far as I wanted but it's still a fairly large release and 90% complete.

The remaining little bit will be released along with Chapter 3.

This Patreon version may have bugs, I tested as much as I could but there are so many paths I'm not sure if I got them all. I'll release bug fixes this week as I get a chance to do more testing.

Something you need to realize is that the paths and even the decisions you make inside the paths are alternate realities. Things that happen or are said in one, simply don't exist or never happened in other paths. It is not simply I went right on this path and I found X. Then I reloaded a save and this time I went left and I got Y.

If you go right you get X and Y doesn't exist and never did. If you go left you get Y and X doesn't exist and never did.

Character personalities are different based on path too. Take for example Makani; if you are on the NTS path without the Humiliation flag she is flirty and attracted to the MC. But if you have the Humiliation flag active she is an evil man-hating bitch that enjoys breaking men (hence the whole domination thing at the restaurant).

Another great example is the wife's toy:

On the Harem path, Trisha offered to buy her a toy but she refused so it doesn't exist on that path. On the NTR path she has it but she does not show it to the MC. (he may discover it later)

Even our dear wife has different personalities based on the path you are on and the flags that are active. In the Harem path she is timid and subservient, she sees the MC having sexual encounters with other girls but says nothing. (She's essentially the cuck in this path). In the NTS path without Humiliation flag she is a little more adventurous but still loves her husband very much. Until you make a whole bunch of decisions to piss her off and that love starts to diminish. She is trying to give her husband his cuckholding fantasy. Most everything she says comes from porn videos she's watched. Depending on the choices you make she might even be starting to enjoy it.

If you have the Humiliation flag on; she is experiencing new sensations. Why does she enjoy seeing the MC being humiliated? Why does it turn her on so much? She doesn't know but it excites her and she's willing to explore that.

In the NTR paths of which there are 3. NTR1 is if you push her a little towards Derek but in the end tell her you want it to remain just a fantasy. She attempts to follow your wishes but you lit the fuse, there's no stoping it. The only question is how long the fuse is.

NTR2 is if you don't want her to mess with Derek. But again you planted a seed...a seed that will germinate and grow in the future.

And finaly NTR3 which you don't even meet Derek in Chapter 1. But the wife gets slowly corrupted by being on the island. Her breast being exposed..there's a little voice in the back of her head telling her she enjoyed other men staring at her tits. But the rest is telling her it's wrong and to stop thinking like that. Eventually she will give in.

Starting from last chapter's save I got an error almost instantly:

Exception: DynamicImage '/chapter_footer_Path[ChapFooter].webp': could not find image. ('/chapter_footer_Path/chapter_footer_Path1g.webp.webp')

Probably a mistake as it has the extension twice.
Ignoring the error is just fine and the game continues.
Edit: It's fine if using a save from a bit earlier, it's just the save right before the end that caused the error. No big deal then.

Not really, you just make your choices and the game gives you the story you desire. It tailors itself based on what you choose. There are no wrong choices, just what interests you.

She's only timid at the start. It's the way she was raised, in her family women are expected to marry and serve their husbands. She escaped that life by going to college which was frowned upon by her family. Only to fall into basically the same thing when she immediately started dating the MC when she got to college.

Depending on your choices she will either remain timid or start changing.

She can become bold by your choices or the various activities on the island slowly corrupting her. But on the Harem path she will always remain subservient to the MC. If the MC wishes her to have sex with other men...or even women. She will do so but on the Harem path she will not act on her own. And if you head towards the true Harem setup, she will be the MC's number 1 girl...the head girl of the harem with power over the others. But that's all future stuff and isn't in the game yet.

Everything is great, everything is cool. Many different paths and a beautiful female character with whom these paths can be realized. The only thing that irritates me is that she constantly wants to make the main character a cuckold, that is, it is not a problem if this option is chosen, but I went the sharing path. And her attempts to humiliate the protagonist did not look very appropriate, especially since they were all rejected initially, which kind of hints at stopping doing such things, but this option was not taken into account, alas.
