Just make a gallery for all scenes there are. At least we will know if there remains any path or scenes we missed. Or just make it unlockable

It's hard to say but on the NTR route she does she to get into it fairly easily.... So it would suggest a possibility that it is the case but without a back story or seeing her thoughts around it all it's purely just speculation
I would imagine it started through opportunistic cheating and she just happened to go with it rather than her proactively seeking opportunities to cheat and as the game goes on then she starts proactively seeking opportunities

Fair enough I haven't played the NTR route in the new update so I'm assuming that this is a flashback then?
Though I still find it out given the amount of routes/branches that the dev hasn't/isn't putting one in where the MC cheats , I get that it's each to there own and all just seems odd to cover everything else but the MC cheating
Also just want to see if anyone else has picked up on this in the writing

Yes it's a flashback. On the NTR route she cheats with the black guy from the bar multiple times. There's even some breeding talk about her not taking her pill etc.
There kind of is the MC cheating with Alexis. She can give him a blowjob at the beach and then he can fuck her at the club. Most likely another path and scene that some haven't seen.

Yeah, quite shocking. Although she already said she didn't want to be tied down in the harem in previous update. However, I don't expect her to fuck mc brother just after the threesome with mc couple. It kinda ruined her character for me and she will keep showing in later game.
