Can't really answer that not knowing what you've already done. The game script reckons with about six story paths IIRC, but some of them are very similar so far.

Since some of the choices are non-obvious (like the beach/surfing choice being crucial to path landings), there's not a lot of ways for the player to know what they've seen or not seen short of reading through the script.

From what I understand, the island is magical; it will corrupt the couple depending on the choice, leading either to the wife or the husband cheating. It influences the minds of both, and it would be interesting to see the influence that leads her to cheat on her husband or him to cheat on his wife.
The island, being magical, could alter the husband's body, making him more corrupt and submissive, weaker with a smaller penis, while the MC becomes more corrupt and confident with a larger penis. One of the problems with NTR and Harem together is that the MC built for NTR doesn't work very well for Harem, and the Harem MC doesn't work for NTR, or are you going to say that the store's BBC would make a good cuckold character? This is the main reason I suggested that the island corruption also brings changes to the MC, making the MC's penis more suited for an alpha than for a beta. This could be beneficial for both routes, shrinking in the cuckold route or growing in the harem.

In this game, you have two options: Harem or NTR. Each route has its own divisions. The harem route is in the nightclub, and there are options to open up to an NTS area where the MC will allow his wife to hook up with other guys. The NTR route is divided into netorare and netorase. The netorase can be humiliated or a little less humiliated, or pretend he doesn't know, or an NTR route where she will cheat behind his back.

After the bikini, the wife is talking to Derek, and here you must block Derek's path. If you don't intervene, he enters the NTR. I haven't played all the options for this route. If you encourage Derek to go, he enters the NTS route. You can block it by choosing to surf. You're still on the NTS route, but without Derek. There are several sub-routes here. Weird isn’t what happened when I go surfing,it is the mc who end up licking and fucking the surf instructor.Later in the club it can lead to a harem path,with lesbian scenes if u allowed Amanda and mokani to have fun with her.

I think it's nice to not necessarily get only what you wanted and it's nice as well that the dev doesn't do what all the other devs before did, considering the "accepted" result of cheating and what not.
When you play a regular game, sometimes a character you like dies (some very famous examples) and that's the way it is.

However in the AVN world, the public is very touchy, and that's an understatement So the dev has to consider how much being different can cost them.
Of course, we will then have the usual battle of those telling the dev to change and those telling them to not be a pussy...
I'm going to keep my view to myself but I wish good luck to the dev TAP.

Not a bad thing for players of course. But you can see how many devs gave up their game when the development becomes nightmare yet gaining not enough supports. This game had a solid start I'd hate to see it goes to waste.

It's one of the reason urm is goat. I really don't ever restart from scratch though, this game is able just because of it was only in second update. Some earlier minor choices made a difference when pairing up with others led to a different outcome is the reason I had to keep changing variables as it goes to see everything lol. I even use jump label because I couldn't figure out how to even meet Derek in the club while having surf as activity, if MC chose to stay behind when Derek walks off with Chloe and Amanda MC will end up with the surf girl, and not to mention there's also Alexis and Erika. There was also a scene where Derek sits with Chloe while MC kisses Amanda, not sure how and where that leads to next update but oh well.... the amount of variations.
