For anyone else having issues running this in Linux and wants to not have to download an entire JDK again if you already have openJDK installed.. I downloaded my distro's OpenJFX package (the part that lets the movies play) separately.. Then run something similar to the following from terminal

/usr/lib/jvm/java-11-openjdk-amd64/bin/java --module-path /usr/share/openjfx/lib --add-modules=javafx.base,javafx.controls,javafx.fxml,javafx.graphics,javafx.media,javafx.swing,javafx.web -Dsun.java2d.uiScale.enabled=false -Dsun.java2d.d3d=false -jar pf.jar

adjust your paths as needed (and make sure your working directory is the Paradise install one), but this seemed to work fantastically for me. Good luck.

Ya most of the stuff falls under free use in less the pick or image used is Explicitly licensed (getti images are usually licensed), copyrighted (Think music and what is happening with twitch right now) Or banned (rarer and usually country based). Yet even if that is the case your usually good as long as you don’t attempt or actually sell the product. Getting payed to work on something that is free to play is an easy way to get around this problem.
