It'll trigger anywhere in the game after becoming lovers with Grace (including after the end of content auto save) . Specific thresholds
Sex scene with Grace -> must be Lover rank with Grace
Xmas Tileswap -> Romance with Jenny, Maria, Mi Sun and unlocked Cabin D (Dressing Room)
3rd Grace Sketch -> must be done with 2nd Grace Sketch (Location is Ropeways)

Alternately, no-one involved has any idea what they're talking about and it's equal parts hilarious and infuriating. For all his blathering about The Market, Erik has set himself up as an all powerful central State Monopoly that sets prices through direct oversight. This is not a Free Market. I still haven't quite worked out what the closest parallel as it isn't outright central planning, but I think it's probably Chinese State ''''Capitalism''''. Although, to be fair to him, due to his proud reaction after Jack breaks the monopoly I like to think he spent the entire time looking on incredulously as everyone just went along with it.
Jack meanwhile, thinks price increases from falling supply and rising demand is inflation. Whilst price increases are a symptom of inflation they are not even slightly synonymous. The one thing Erik has actually been right about is that $ex Chips are an inflation proof currency as the monetary supply can't be devalued by producing more; there is no money printer to go BRRRRRRRRRRR unlike in certain western nations recently. Again, to be fair, Jack is presented as kind of an idiot. A worrying amount of people have been successfully gaslit into believing that the government can just print free money with no negative consequences so I'm not particularly surprised.
In summation: read some Hayek. Or Sowell.
EDIT: Hold the phone, I've just figured it out. Consider: They're on an island in the South Pacific. They're going through the motions of a Thing that they've observed without any actual understanding of the Thing.
It's a cargo cult.
I hope to god that's the intended takeaway because that's GENIUS.

Yeah, something broke in the build process, likely caused by switching to a new unity version to fix the OSX bug
I've rolled it back to the older Android release until we get a chance to fix it properly (we've been super busy today, since a big chunk of new content goes out on the Beta branch of Paradise Lust 2).

Yeah...Help.
To explain, when I try to play the game, it seems mighty glitched and buggy. I thought that, at first, this was just for Paradise Lust 2, given its fresh status and needing some bugs worked out, but when I tried to play the latest content on the first, I encountered the same bugs and glitches. I am talking about the inventory screen flashing like mad, buttons not working or taking me to the wrong screens, being unable to scroll in the sketch tab, unable to play the Strpr App as it takes me to profiles, and so on. The game is unplayable, and I need help to figure out if this is either an issue with the current state of the game itself, or something on my end.
And no, I already deleted my Game Data to get rid of the saves in case that had something to do with it, and no change. It's ok, though, as I do not mind playing through the entire game again. Still...Someone help.

To me his dialogue is very SIMPy. I like this game but his simpyness and specially the dumb tropes like ahegao are things that are a turnoff for me.
That sounds somehow like a big "you" problem to me.
I played both PL1 and PL2 as native Linux program and via wine/proton.
Moving game state between instances can be quite a PITA but it's doable.

If anyone had those issues before, I play on PC, the 64 bit ver, then please tell me how you fixed it. And if not, but you have an idea as to WHAT is causing it, then please share.
