Also there are some high ledges I can’t seem to jump to. Is there a way to improve jump stat as the game progresses?

its had scroll for double jump and some thing that make u go up like a rocket u just need to invesigated it and comeback later.
idk which npc you talk about but only one npc that u can do a cutscene with is little red hair guy ( just buy his item A LOT like 30k )
