please help me I'm stuck. I just finished the prologue, saved Ves from the baddies, and can't get out of the Valley of death.

All I can do is travel through the valley or visit Ves, if I hover over Novaras it keeps telling me that "Novaras city is inaccessible from here". Can't travel anywhere else on the map. What do I have to do?

Never mind: I figured that out. I had to keep traveling through the Valley, not very intuitive if you ask me

Alderian news!

Just a little update to say things are still progressing nicely.

Only some short news this week, everything is pretty hectic and there's a lot of stuff to be done still.
In short, as well as the update content around Captain Nyx and the mages of Palam, we're looking at doing some revisions to improve the prologue's transition from VN to the SRPG stuff, (i.e. letting the player move around a little more in the prologue) - this is part of our plan to prepare the game for the upcoming steam release.

We're also as well improving the travel map mechanics, i.e. as said before in the previous post, by reducing some of the 'clicking grind' and by adding a couple more events to make the travel maps more fun. More on this soon~
Additional revisions to some old art as part of the remaining revamp are on-going, we'll also have more to show here very soon.

Now that all the developer talk is out the way...

How nice of the Mages of Palam to let Captain Nyx use some of their private rooms!

Between the interesting story, likeable characters, and excellent art... this game has a lot of positives going for it. So if the mechanics get sorted out we would be golden.

first time trying this game,
but after awhile the game shuts down and get a traceback.txt

I'm sorry, but an uncaught exception occurred.

While running game code:
File "game/engine/locations/coreLoop.rpy", line 87, in <module>
AttributeError: 'WorldLocation' object has no attribute 'goalTag'

so on, tried deleting persisting data, then it works for little while
then grind and it happens time and time, also happened when I was
exploring the town. so decided to ask for help

Anything I am missing? tried looking up bugs here but seems I am the only one getting this error?

Delete persistent data in options.
It's a known issue we should have dealt (as well) with the next update.

got some crash dunno but i will post full tracelogs...

even try with a new persistent same result.....

dunno but 5 scene crash is a bit concerning.....
no idea why...

Did you try use an old save after deleting persistent data? That could have done it.
If so, use the revised quickstart feature instead.

Otherwise, we'll look into the crashes. These occured during the gallery replay I take it?
