so, I reached the bugged ending room pass out, wake up naked next to some dude, can't move
in addition to my suggestions on the previous page:
- fix your leveldesign. cut down on the backtracking, make newly opend doors more apparent as well as the way forward. it all looks very samey and I got lost multiple times
- I have to repeat my earlier point of making interactables more obvious. finding the neural base thing was A PAIN!
- I understand why you use AI voice gen, but you should talk to someone who's good at it (scholar's lore on youtube comes to mind. ask them for help so your characters don't sound so flat...)
- combat needs redoing/a lot of work. the knife is pretty much useless except against the static growth on doors... spent half an hour trying to hit one of the bugs, died multiple times, didn't get a single hit in
- your lighting is too much. it's all lit up and bright. if you want to give horror-vibes, tone it down.
- with the interactables being so easily missed, there's too much clutter.
- the station is too clean. the naked woman in the small office comes to mind, iirc the text says she bled out, but it's all neat and tidy.
- the woman in the psych ward needs a bigger hitbox or a different trigger when she's on her knees. I was too close to actually hit her with the knife...
- the idea to have MC's clothes show her health is nice, but the texture when she takes damage is not. also, what's the indicator if I decide to let her be naked (and what's the mechanical downside for her being naked in a hostile environment)?
finally, without knowing your plans, my advice would be to cut the bugs and go for psychological and/or body horror. but also focus more on the lewd side of things (i.e. instead of MC dieing, have her fall over and one of the bugs crawls into one of her orifices)

About backtracking, I don’t think is a problem in the game. Some people also like to wander and explore everything, even in a game like this. All doors have names and green/red panels. They are also shown as open/closed/infected on the map, I recommend to use it.
About interactables, I can add some shine shader on them but I don’t want to break the immersion. I think the appearing of the icon on proximity is ok.
Knife is not intended for combat, that’s why the attack is slow and imprecise. As a general rule, don’t let the enemies get closer to you!
About the lightning, there may be a bug that sets the gamma at maximum. Its fixed in the last update, but not in this one.
About the female corpse, yes, you are probably right.
About Sera hitbox, I’ll have to check it
As someone answered, you can also know your health depending on the color of the little drone. Cira will also put her left arm on her stomach when she is in critical state. Of course, you can also see the state in the inventory.
About the clothes tearing: I’m still working on it. The enemies could grab Cira every time they attack her. This possibility will be greater or lower depending on her clothes state. If you play without clothes, enemies will always grab her. I also plan to add a setting just in case you don’t want this to happen, given that can be annoying for some players.
