A few thing that could be interesting:
-Some computer could have "Security camera" video clip, to show how some of the girls end up into the fleshwall or to show the respawn point of the new area maybe etc...
-Mental health could trigger other nightmares, having to use the few bed to take nap.
The more mental health she lost or the corruption/infected the less she get raped by human in her nightmare or dream.
That way you could re-use the "Rape scene" or any scene that doesn't fit the story anymore or creature that are difficult to have roaming around.

Shoot the switch between the quick slamming doors (it's just like a metre behind them on the left wall).
Then, facing the slamming doors, go around the corridor to the left.
Ignore the whole lift to the right of the Power Core entrance, it's just a shortcut back to Warehouse or wherever and is a bit of a red herring at that point in the game.
On the second map, I'm kinda stuck on how to get C28... Does anybody know how to not die on the fire leak?

I did cross the hole with the big flame. I'm talking about the room with the half open door that has some ammo on the left of the flame and a collectors card on the right. I can't seem to be able to get the card or generally reach that area
Is there a costume that helps there? I seem to always die immediately when trying to cross the path of that flame.
Deceptive hitbox. Crouch and hug the door and wall from the left side of the entrance. Then jump over the flame once inside for the card. Do the reverse to get out of the room.Nope, not that, further...

If you crouch and approach or exit from the right side of the entrance, the character will instantly KO.
Was it actually removed? I'm glad if that's the case, when I encountered it several months ago I immediately uninstalled and ignored the thread.

It was removed patch before last, when the flashback scenes were added. I was glad to see it go also. Although I agree with the previous poster, that waking up to no real danger seems an odd swing in the other direction. Feels like we should wake up cuffed to a bed and over-hear the brothers fighting over what to do with us. Then we have to figure out how to get lose and escape after they go to bed. That said, it sounds like more of their story is in the works, so maybe this is just place holder for now.

Just out of genuine curiosity, why are some people happy the sex scene was removed?
Behind the blowjob scene it was the best one that currently exists (existed?) for this game in my opinion, especially with the different camera angle choices and POV option. I play H games for the sex, so I guess if people are just after the horror atmosphere I understand? Or want tentacles only?
I thought it had just been taken out temporarily to be reworked. As people are saying, it feels strange for these two sex-starved men to just be doing nothing with a 10 who fell literally into their lap
Previously we had 2 human sex scenes with Oni, but now we only have 1. (though the flashback teasing scenes might eventually lead into a sex scene, at least I hope so!)

Unfortunately I'm stumped on getting the ERT suit. Currently, Oni is outside of room "Archive LTMC-2-1". I've used the repair kit to open the room's door but to no avail. Here's an image of the location:

Managed to solve it. I did pick up a repair kit later on, went back to this area's save room, then returned to Archive LTMC-2-1 to tackle this puzzle. This was done by the solving the electrical cables diagram puzzle. For me it was top left to bottom right, top middle to bottom middle and top right to bottom left.

I won't go into details, but certain rape scenes get to me bad. Best case anxiety bad, worst case panic attack bad. Thankfully, the scene in question was closer to the former, but it was still enough to drop the game immediately.
