I will not give links to any software sources that maybe harmful or malware and there a lot of them on cheat engine sites.
Also every cheat table site I looked at (on Wednesday, July 9, 2025) has it now missing (pulled guessing), reason probability being it is a sex game and it violates the cheat tables sites TOS.

Broken file...? can anyone help out? I extract and run as instructed but windows presents a we protected your pc, run anyway, get to menu try to start the game but I get fatal error keeping me from loading the game

This may or may not help, but it is an easy try. This is from memory, so bear with me: In the game folder "Engine", there should be an "Extras" folder with a "Redist" folder inside of that. Run the file in there and it will download supporting files you may be missing. If it just says "uninstall", then you have them all and can move on to a different solution.

This helped me in a different UE4 game that was giving me the same error. Hope it fixes it for you.

Very active and currently in the process of a new game if you want to support it. I believe the schedule is at least 3 Months for an update? around that ballpark iirc, though longer for it to get leaked here obviously

There should be only one for now for Sixy with v0.35
I only got 56/58 files
