hmm since my save doesnt work from version 3.5 and there is no update on the main story yet i dont wanna risk to play everything again and risk to do it again when another "Bigger" story patch arrive.

Completed my first playthrough of v0.4.0. I didn't get all the art cards, but I did get all the video player scenes. For the most part, it's similar to older versions. First off a disclaimer, where Oni Lim says "This game is for adults only", then the camera shifts to Oni Lim sitting wearing a random outfit (apart from nude). At the title screen, on the top right corner is an "i" icon where it shows the voice cast and I am assuming the rest voice cast are human beings. I did some digging for Oni Lim and her voice actress is a human. Only the brothers who steal Oni's first C-scanner are stuck with their A.I placeholder voices like in the older versions.
Oni Lim herself as some updates, from new outfits, new lines of dialogue to changes to her existing dialogue. In terms of animations, the most obvious one is when she is using the C-scanner as a flashlight. She bends her left arm close to her chest so the light is pointing forwards. This applies when she is walking, running and holding a gun. Her core animations are the same. Oni's new dialogue during cut scenes are either word changes or talking a bit more. From memory, the best example is when she picks up a new C-scanner and a gun. Oni is a lot more sympathetic to the security officer deceased on a chair. She also swears, where she'll say fuck a few times. Her sex moans are pretty much the same like they are in the older versions. It would have been brilliant if new ones were added to the current set. Oni is shown to be more sexually expressive. An example of this when she inadvertently watches Bob Jones humping his wife (I assume), where she has a hands on both on a breast and crotch.
Two new types of enemies are the ceiling tentacles (usually in tight spaces like air vents) and the sentry aliens who shoot out spore grenades.
An improvement I do like is the map; after a new map is collected, open a map and you'll see a yellow icon and the direction you are facing. Also on these maps are save and shower locations.
An update that's both a positive and a negative is the video player. It's now a free roaming camera using mouse and keyboard and to transition to the next animation you press either "1" or "2" on the keyboard. The shower is arguably the most updated video as there are 11 animations, either Oni's cleaning herself or she's rubbing one out. A missed opportunity by not adding sex moan audio when Oni is in the shower. A negative from the video player update is that they are not full replays and no speed adjustability. A combination of full replay, free roaming camera, smooth scene transitions and speed controls would make this gallery sweet.
Arguably the biggest update is near the end, where there's a mandatory boss fight against the Lotus. Win the fight, the game continues like it was in the older versions. Lose the fight will result in a prelude to the "Evolution path". Oni Lim rocks a new look; a bundle of tentacles for a hair style, her tits are tighter in shape (in my eyes nicer to look at) and has a voice in her head. Interestingly the voice in Oni's head has 2 sounds, the normal and the whispered. The voices are not in sync; the whispered voice repeats what normal voice says but will end a few words after the normal voice finishes. Within the room that Oni finds herself has 2 women for her to play with, a pink wall that kind of looks like a vagina, which doubles as a save point and 2 tentacles (technically a pink dildo) for Oni's in and out action. Unfortunately, the 2 women who Oni plays with can't be interacted with again. A negative from the prelude is not being consistent in how Oni looks. From the cutscenes, Oni's tits are tight and when resuming control, her chest is from her default look.
For those who are interested, I beat the Lotus boss with the running boast and stamina boast implants. Being faster with better stamina usage made the fight manageable.

Mouth action up top, finger action down below, synthetic dicking to Oni, 3/4 intercourse positions, throw in Oni giving a blowjob on Sixy, finish with big orgasm for Oni. Everyone wins. Did you try the SFW version of the game? (censored at the start of a new game)
Some of the SFW seems to fit a bit better than their NSFW counter part

The game's shaping up really well.
One thing I would like to see is a slider for boobs, they tend to be a bit large.
With the new Evolution path, you could also change the size, make it tide to the impregnation status.

So far there's just one rather quick scene in the alternative storyline, should be more in the future but can't say how much it will be integrated into gameplay
