When is the game saves going to be stabilized and not have to play though the whole thing at every update?

So far there's just one rather quick scene in the alternative storyline, should be more in the future but can't say how much it will be integrated into gameplay

Yes, also it is in the game but MC pregnancy is more like a "Game Over" scene and as a tag with no real player control or interaction for the content as such.
Better examples of (player interacted or control of) pregnancy content are,

Great that you've mentioned those games, since all are either RPGM or RenPY. In game like parasite inside it's very hard to implement pregnancy system other than game over scenes, since when implemented in any other way it will get boring very fast.

Have a suggestion. Please add charger station to pistol. I think if they can recharge to 25% of total ammo will be normal. Can not charge more that 25%. And have a cooldown time. After all it seems some enemies will respawn, but you have finite ammo pickups. Also maybe add stations that allow restock healt/antitoxic consumables to minimum of one. They give you this if you do not have any in inventory. And they also have a cooldown time.
