Ok so why is this a version 0.12 walkthrough? It ends at day 8, it has nothing for the tourney at all.

Except I'm on the Harem route, so where is the data for that? So it's not a walkthrough it's a route forbidden through?

can't say, didn't play the harem through yet. maybe the maker has to add the content of 0.12 to the harem route still?
but at least the forbidden route is covered in that walkthrough.
edit: checked the WT again and the creator wrote: "doesn't really matter", which actually makes sense, 'cause the new content is all about ada and her e-sport.

I took it as genetic testing of the fetus, because its contextual use seemed to indicate this function and "genetic splicing" is a thing (although different than testing for genetic abnormalities).

the harem and forbidden route are almost the same except that in the forbidden you choose always Ava and cum outside of the other girls.

Unreal that people are actually complaining about pregnancy. Saying it's forced and they should have a choice. There is a choice! Have unprotected sex with your daughter or don't have unprotected sex with your daughter. 1 leads to pregnancy and 1 doesn't. No more hints tho, I'll let you work out which is which.
