Luxee has said on discord the coding, script and testing is already done so i think we just waiting on renders then the update will be ready. As to the Sara pic thats just some fan art Luxee did coz he adores Sara.

I'd bet on 2-3 days max for the testing part. Even though I really like this game, I don't think it's as big as Milfy City, which took more than a week of testing + last time, Luxee surprised all of us by releasing the game rather fast after the rendering part.
