I'm in the same boat. According to the changelog, it's supposed to be the "Jacket Only" outfit, but I have no idea how to get it. Hopefully somebody can help us both out.
Game is very much alive. If you look at the patreon you can see stuff getting done. Though for this next update it is taking a while. Doesn't help that 0.14b leaked early, the first version to do so.
It's RNG, put her in the jacket and keep visiting at night.
v0.15p is 12/14/22, exactly a month after the beta, as always.

Version 0.15 is out for patreons. 0.15a came on the 10th November. The Public Release is Always one month after the First patreon Release, so the Update comes at the 10th December for the Public. Unless some Patreons leaks the current build before that.
