I couldn't see something like this here and I think it'll help folks. The first spoiler for an achievement will just try to nudge you to the right path (should you chase this achievement or will it occur naturally?) The second is the in-game clue which will be spoilery, but won't necessarily tell you exactly how to get it. I may add explicit directions down the line if people really want them, but really if you know broadly where to look, you shouldn't have trouble.

Generally, the list is ordered as to when in it should occur in the game- earlier achievements tend to pertain to earlier princesses.
EDIT- Just as general advice for if you're missing outfits or scenes but have unlocked all the story:
-Fully upgrade all rides to get the security cam events
-Put everybody in the club, visit and talk to them about everyone, then repeat visit a few times for the multigirl events.
-Have the girl wear outfits with different hairstyles, then have them strip through a sex scene for the missing outfits.
-If you're missing 1 scene, try leaving that girl alone for a week then visiting at night.
-If all else fails, use the forum search, I was able to find everything I needed here.

Figured out how to unlock Anna.
You have to complete Tiana's challenges, get the rum from LeFou, and buy the Dress from the fairy godmother for her, then Anna unlocks.

Chances are you're missing the scenes where they go to the dayspa (I forget the name), you have to send them there via the scheduler and then interact with them at the location but you might not have it unlocked if you're missing two characters

Thanks for the tip. I already solved it. In fact it was even more blatant and shameful on my end... I totally forgot about the exclamation sign on the leftmost part of the screen, which opens the all new EPCOT-like expansion to the park.
Once I unlocked the new attractions, everything solved eventually by itself

I'm either dumb or did something wrong after finished cinerellas ball I'm basically stuck, I've got all 6 outfits for her but park rating is stuck at 49 so can't do the date quest which is the only available thing to do other then build and upgrade random building. I'm really confused on how to progress.

MC's PC > scheduler > improve park rating ................... Unless she's your only girl, in which case you shouldn't be stuck on anything. But this game is tougher than rocket science, so dunno

While I can't guess who the characters are, aside from the silhouette which is Elsa, I think I have an idea on how these are organized.
The first three rows are the harem girls, those that have individual storylines, that can be taken out on dates, and who have multiple sex scenes.
The next three rows, or possibly just the next two rows, are the second tier girls. I'm gonna assume that they have similar roles to Jessica, being that they are only available in one location and have multiple sex scenes, but they don't have a "proper" storyline and can't be taken on dates. They even may only be accessible during specific times of day.
And all the other rows are villains, one that you must either help or beat in a drinking match before unlocking their singular sex scene.
I'm also going to guess that those blacked out already have all their scenes completed, which saddens me as I was wanting a scene with Ursula's normal appearance. And I'm also willing to bet money that one of the last girls, possibly even the very last girl, on the villain list is Maleficent.
Now we just have to guess who the rest of the girls are, hmmm....

After all this time, I still am missing 2 of Ariel's scenes and I am obviously missing something, but I'm not sure what. I think I've tried everything (although I clearly haven't).... Anyone want to drop some hints?
Does anyone know how to progress with Tiana? I've been working but I've never been able to get past 6300 in tips within making a mistake. Do I need to get past that to continue with her?
