Maybe, but we don't have the other side of the story.
When one artist falls though I can see it just being a one off, when it keeps happening I start to suspect there is more going on.
I have heard stories from artists who worked on Patreon funded company led projects and few had nice things to say about their former employers.

After they get their artists back together and maybe fixing a schedule where the artists aren't overworked yet the deadlines are met and the updates meet the quality and quantity, then maybe it's possible from there,

10-26-25 Progress Update

No updates at this time. We once again appear to be left with no artists actively working on this game, though commission costs have been paid to multiple people to do so. We'll likely have to go through another round of artist interviews, for the third time in as many months, and no one is looking forward to that.

Love the game so far can we get a journal on the computer or in the workshop that gives us hints with how to get scenes for each girl that way when the park grows with more we will know what girls have date scenes or hidden scenes at the club 33

I am down to only one scene with Mulan that i am missing i have already done her dates, made her work in the club, and defeated Shan-Yu with her any help would be appricated

I'm still missing an outfit for Elsa and a scene for Mulan, but I seemingly have everything else. What am I not doing?

EDIT: The new Mulan yoga scene is triggered by visiting her at night after not visiting for a long stretch of days, similar to the Cinderella nightgown event and a few others. Still working on the Elsa one.
