I'm stuck with nothing to do. My task list tells me to find the missing zodiac signs (Mugo), in the work task I have Observatory-15 shifts done-currently not avalible, and in the research list Observatory calibration-0 days remaining, and tower-50 days espent

Finished it. Great game, overall. Really liked the characters. Bit too much grinding but otherwise good! Looking forward to the third.

Cool Teal. Thanks for the kind words. The grind is always a bit tricky. I tried to balance it a bit better than Hotel and some people like it more then others. Currently working on some of the first tasks in Horizon and they are going to be different. Less "grindy"

I don't know if I missed something or if I'm just being stupid but I don't understand how to build the bar, I'm in the Staff Area in the evening I type Build and it tells me I havent bought any materials yet, but no npc seems to understand anything about bar, order or materials and the work tasks in the task list is empty. Do I need another event or finish another task to start ?

Hiya @ScareKing I am working on Horizon but it will take some time. Hotel and Haven took around 1½ years to write. I will be releasing it in chapters just like I did with Haven first for Patreon supporters and then later for public, but yes it will be a while.
Regarding your progress.
Do you have anything in the tasklist "cd" or the shop "cs". It looks like you should have something that could move you forward.
