On the PC, you need to create a new DLC folder and put the contents of the DLC in there, then restart the game. You'll find them in the bottom left corner where you select where to go.

For the gym, does Anyone know how to increass The lust meter for the table? The other gym equipment let's you get stars to increase proficiency but not the the table when yoko starts planking. Also I give the dudes water but still can't figure out how to get that H scene after
