How do I start a New Game+? I just finished the game but didn't gave me the option or anything to keep playing
When you have high relationship with the lolita girl, she will give you a mission and as reward you get a bandana that gives you 100% chance to win the dice games

You should be given a New Game+ option after the completion of a fresh new game.
You can start a fresh New Game+ from my save, slot 2.

Here's Independent guide about this game (Base on EN Version):
Objective: Earn 10,000,000 money within 30 days.
There are four key aspects to achieving this goal:
1. Customers
- Attract customers by handing out flyers each night.
- To ensure daily visits, level up your customers to at least Iron Level.
- Customers can be leveled up to Diamond Level, which grants an additional 100% cash bonus.
2. Facilities
- As your customer base grows, you’ll need more space. Unlock all rooms on the right side of the map’s interior.
- The room below the waiting area is optional, but it can be skipped if necessary.
3. Employees
- Focus on leveling up your main character first, as they are crucial for auto-management mode.
- Recommended stats for your main character:
- 200 Power
- 200 Force
- 100+ Charm
- 100 each in Upper, Core, and Lower.
- For employees:
- At lower levels, aim for 30 in Upper, Core, and Lower stats.
- At higher levels, 60+ is sufficient.
- Instead of leveling up weaker employees, recruit stronger ones to save time and resources.
4. Massage Technique
- Happy Icon Indicate satisfaction, Love Indicate Lust (For Heroine). You get pay by how much these Icon + Employee Stat
Unlock Priority's should be:
- Unlock more set management first so you can get at least 3-4 worth of massage
- Unlock newer Massage
- and lastly upgrading the massage Technique.
You will unlock Auto-Management on day 7 or later
Night Actions:
Each night, you can perform 3 actions (indicated by the timer):
- Distribute Flyers: Level up existing customers or attract new ones.
- Fight Enemies: At 100% progress, you may unlock a new girl to introduce at the bar.
- Visit the Bar: Focus on raising a girl’s affection to 80 to unlock new missions.
- Clearing a girl mission unlock raising a girl’s affection to 100, it also gives you an item that can make you Auto win on Guess Game and Dice Game, an Item that give you 2x Speed on workdays. Also, the Girl will join your crew. YOU CAN ONLY PLAY MIKI QUEST ONCE PER GAME, IF YOU FAIL. LOAD YOUR SAVE FILE !!!
- Misako Quest is Easy, you might do that first because she would be so much beneficial on your crew. Kanna is also winnable by Save and Load. You might have a lot of Investment on Power in Etsuko Quest (might be 150 Power, 150 Force). and lastly Enon Quest and Miki Quest is the hardest quest, you might need 200 Power and 200 Force and a lot of Save and Load.
- Drinking increases your alcohol resistance, and vomiting often is essential for this process.
You need to Talk to the girl to rise her willingness to drink alcohol. The alcohol level only impacts your character, not the girls you invite.
