Is there a full save or gallery somewhere? I got a decent amount through the game before I got curious about an enemy and lost on purpose. That set me back like 2 hours of progress because I didn't realize you saved by laying in bed.

Well, I've tried many times and the way to not get bugged is to get hit by a fly so you stand dizzy, then get attacked by the Gigante before the other monsters...
But............ the animation is really poor. Really, the basic ones of the worms and the first big monster are way better than the one of the gigante.........

The game honestly only takes 10 mins. If you press semi-colon you can look around the map, then click on an area, press tilde, and type in teleport to go there. That is effectively the best gallery at the moment.

I'm just going to point out that an adult on an adult website should be able to figure this out, since loading a table in cheat engine tables literally 5 clicks. But I'm going to assume because I am so familiar with it that im biased. You aren't actually building a table in most cases. You're usually using a table, which is a prewritten script for the game. Usually based on version of the game, because code can change. My table for empire at war does one thing less now because of an update. Lost no unit limit with the updated script. But that script was made by someone else, they just share it and all i have to do is a few simple things.
1 : Open cheat engine
2 : Click top left icon, Pc with a microscope. Here, you pick the process of your game. It's just what the game is called as a process. So empire at war for me is FOC.exe, i double click that.
3 : Click second top left icon, folder icon. Here, you will find the table you got. Either from here, the cheat engine forums, or the cheat engine god king Recifense and his patron (he makes the overwhelming majority of tables on the forum if not all. Some are locked behind a paywall, his patreon is 2 or 3 bucks a month so its not an issue for the good word he's done) and then I double click that.
4 : Table is loaded, cheats available are now selectable on the white space on the bottom of the cheat engine window. How it works can vary, sometimes for god mode you just click the box to the left and it'll give an X. Mod active. Sometimes its a variable on the right where you can set your gold. It varies from game, creator, and complexity.
5 : Use youtube or google. The post on the official forum for how to use cheat engine from 2015 is still completely valid. Again, you aren't building a table (unless you want to try) so look for videos or parts of videos just showing how to load a table for a visual reference. Visual references are what works best for me, so that's my biggest recommend even if you understand all this.
Sleeping in beds saves the game and the game itself isn't that long. If you don't enter every room to loot food you can finish it in 10-20 minutes. But if you've seen the fly and plant then there's not much else besides the buggy giant crab thing at the very end.
also, if you look back a few pages, its instructions to load in any enemy so you can see the endings
I've tried it too but when I select the PASEC process, the cheatengine finishes abruptly

can someone check if it's not a bitcoin miner or something because as shitty and unoptimized as UE is managing to take 85% of a GPU on a fucking pixelated game seems a bit impossible unless there's something going on in the background

Most likely it's just that the framerate is uncapped, so its running at a few thousand FPS (or just whatever the most that your GPU can pump out is). You could probably use some external software to cap the framerate to something reasonable and get the GPU usage down (and not burn through it).

I was talking about the others, the crab, fly, tentacle. Right now you can only do so with the slug but it's still rather unfortunate that if you lose all your health, you just revert to your last save after going through the game over animation, another game over, to the menu to your save.... would be better were you given the option to go to your last checkpoint or to menu. Otherwise make it so you have 2/3 downs before full game over or something cause the animations & scenes are really amazingly done imho.

How do you play this? I am running my fingers over every key on the board but just getting some debug camera modes and such. It feels odd to have to ask this but I would like to at least give this a shot.

Arrow key to move around in menus or in the game A to aim down sights D to attack. (Melee if not aiming down sights) 1-2 swaps between side arm and main weapon. 3 is heal. E opens door/interacts Up arrow activates doors. Sleep in beds to save. Sounds like you might have some sort of bug or something.
Got a new bug for 1.4! Would love to explore the new map and its enemies, but this elevator point is glitched into the wall, preventing the elevator from reaching its destination!
Also black hair lady here seems to be an endless resource farm by hitting near her- even when no slugs are present?
Really excited to see how this game develops! Does the dev have a site where we can support them?
