anyone know how to change the game to 60 FPS?

For Windows version: in game directory go to Pasec1/Saved/Config/Windows and edit file 'GameUserSettings'

Find the line with parameter FrameRateLimit and set it to desired value (e.g. 60.000000).

I don't know if it is the best method, but it kinda works.

The game does not start, it does not even appear in the Task Manager, does anyone know what the reason is?

Yeah I think the issue was that the bullets were hitting something else. Aiming in that game has .... issues
