the game over system still seem a bit buggy with the God mode cheat on.

I still think they may need to add a No Game Over cheat to prevent this type of issue so that instead of a Game over the character is only captured each time instead.

Anyone figured out how to unlock all the gallery/omake scenes outside of playing the game? Coz besides the bugs, performance and tedium of needing to get caught, I also hate just how goddamn dark the game is. I get wanting a spooky vibe but ffs I can't see shit even with the flashlight half the time.

Why? Why add more stuff to this broken mess???? Who the hell wanted moods? Like, who's in the mood to play this buggy ass game? It will just complicate the game even more bruh. It really feels like we have a Yandere Dev situation.

An interesting premise and I really like the spritework but good god is this in a...rough state right now. A lot of bugs, softlocking on gameover, reloads just refusing to work on some weapons despite having ammo sometimes, and a lot of incredibly unresponsive areas (like being able to sneak through doors if you mash up enough despite the door supposedly being locked/broken) that can lead to other softlocks. Its a cool premise but needs a lot of ironing out to be worth the playtime at the moment. Also the flashlight is just...completely useless it barely highlights anything infront of you navigating is a nightmare 90% of the time.

I love the artstyle, I liked the original vision. But I feel like the dev is adding more bloat that might not be necessary. It's starting to look like a 'manage a camp' game with some exploration with a ton of extra mechanics. This is a adult game, I don't want to manage a camp. If anything I would of loved to have seen a expansion on the game over stuff but otherwise kept focusing on being a exploration game with monsters.

To make it worse there's a lot of bugs that need to be squished and adding these extra things can only make it worse. Overall I'm a bit disappointed.

I feel that the reason they doing this approach is because they wanted to add companions, but also want you to both keep them or protect them. This sort of can backfire if the game puts too much effort in the companion system then rather the gameplay and its current vision of enemies and scenario.

The idea behind the companion system is great, the issue is mainly the issues that are currently still a thing. Mainly bugs: Them just plain not staying put in safe rooms you place them in, some rooms they just will not enter, even if they are designated as safe rooms they just won't enter the door. Security if they get to a point of getting grabbed and dragged away are then effectively hard-locked away from getting them back into your party, even if you do find them again or even stop the crab creatures from dragging them away, you just can't interact with them any further. On that note, the dragging away feature itself seems bugged, no matter how many times I start a new game, they're always bugged to get dragged away while not actually moving at all which forces you to shoot the crab because you can't move past them and now your former companion is now hard-locked away in the middle of the hallway.
