Does anyone know if there's a way to increase the brightness? This game is so fucking dark I can barely make out the objects from the wall.
Editing sg.shadowquality to 0 lightens it up a little bit, very little, but then all the lights take on a rather intense glow because there's less oppressive shadow keeping them dim.

The dev has mentioned planning an infected play, but that's not in it yet.
You can also be captured and placed in a breeding area if you're attacked. You then need to escape the area to continue your mission. I've gotten it about half the time.

Only once after that it is game over.
Sleeping in a bed can remove the death mark, so you have another chance of escaping.
Or maybe it was by healing with syringe. But it's possible to remove the death mark, so you dont have to worry about being captured again.
There needs a way to be able to sleep in a bed after killing the tentacles that hide in beds, the bottom portion of the map is a pain to navigate in, especially when sleepiness goes red
Version 1.8.1 keeps freezing randomly (game is running but the entire interface just locks up, no choice but to ALT+F4), and both godmode and infinite ammo options do not work.

I didn't get a tutorial though, ok A and D.
Also the keybindings stop responding even if I manage to close the menu. I can esc out of the menu but all keyboard functions stop (WADS, Arrow Keys, everything. Can't even esc back into the menu) at that point I can only alt tab out of the game and manually kill it via Task Manager.
New update, we 2.0 now, now with room safety so bugs can creep in at night, a night defense event, and (hopefully) a lot of bug fixes
I'm glad to see I'm not the only one having issues with the pause and the inventory. I have a feeling the food cans are for eating on the go (kind of like the stempacks are for health), but without access to the inventory there is no way to know. I was hoping it wasn't unlocked yet, but I can't get passed the flyman yet.
